The American Association of Diabetes Educators is a multi-disciplinary professional membership organization dedicated to improving diabetes care through education.

With more than 12,000 members including nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, among others, AADE has a vast network of practitioners involved in the daily treatment of diabetes patients. Collectively, our alliances, member practitioner networks, and academic partners uniquely position AADE at the locus of change for the future treatment of diabetes. The AADE national headquarters is in Chicago with a government affairs office in Washington, DC.

Current Openings

Research and Education Grant Manager

Responsible for development of grant proposals and applications for the organization and areas of practice, research and content development.  Initiates new efforts in professional education, practice and research to help achieve AADE’s mission.

Senior Marketing Manager -- 2 positions open

Key responsibilities involve overseeing development and execution of a marketing budget and plan for AADE products and services, and meeting organizational objectives in the area of membership.

Administrative Coordinator

Provides support to the Director of the Diabetes Education Accreditation Program (DEAP) and the Director of Development. Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude applications for the DEAP, AADE7 System and Foundation programs.
