Industry Allies Advisory Council
The AADE Industry Allies Program is a vehicle for key industry partners to support AADE in a very visible way. This mutually beneficial partnership supports the organizational goals of both AADE and its many industry allies.
The AADE Industry Allies Program has several goals. It is intended to:
- Create a distinction between companies as to their desired levels of support for AADE and the diabetes educator community;
- Increase the value proposition for industry partners at higher levels of support;
- Adhere to the principles and support OIG guidance regarding industry relations with healthcare professionals and their societies;
- Establish a more stable industry support environment for AADE.
Participation in the council illustrates dedication to the professional community of diabetes educators and to AADE.
