Sigma Theta Tau International / AADE Foundation
Grant for 2010 - $6,000
The AADE Education and Research Foundation and Sigma Theta Tau International (Nursing Honor Society) are offering a joint $6,000 grant for a research project in the field of diabetes education. The Principal Investigator must be an RN with at least a Master's degree. Team members can be from other disciplines. The applicant must be a member of AADE and Sigma Theta Tau International. The proposed project should be one that can be completed in a 12-month time period. The application and separate project abstracts should precede the narrative. Funds from this grant may not be used to support institutional indirect costs.
Abstract: A scientific abstract of no more than 150 words should summarize the proposal. The application must also include a 150 word nontechnical abstract that is written in a language the general public understands.
Application Deadline: Proposals must be postmarked by October 1, 2009.
