CE Credit

Statements of Credit
Statements of Credit for continuing education hours earned, as documented on the Verification of Attendance (VOA) form, will be generated and sent via e-mail from aade07@compusystems.com. Continuing education hours reflected will include concurrent/breakout sessions, general sessions, and corporate symposia.
Note to Registered Dietitians: Statements of Credit will also include additional hours for poster viewing if indicated on VOA form.

If you did not receive a Statement of Credit by September 14, 2007, notify AADE directly at education@aadenet.org.

Requests for Statements of Credit after October 31 are subject to a processing fee.

Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE)
To satisfy the requirement for renewal of certification by continuing education for the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE), continuing education activities must be diabetes related and approved by a provider on the NCBDE list of Approved Providers at http://www.ncbde.org. NCBDE does not approve continuing education. The American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) is on the NCBDE list of Approved Providers.
