2009 Annual Meeting Hotel Information
Reservations

Telephone reservations will be accepted at (800) 243-1580 (US and Canada) or (404) 584-7458
(International). Reservations will also be accepted via fax or mail (click here for print
reservation form). Reservations are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations
received after July 16, 2009 will be processed based upon availability. All reservations must
include payment of the first night’s room and tax.
IMPORTANT: Only one room may be requested with each reservation and only one room
may be requested under each name. If you are sharing a room, please submit only one reservation.
You will be asked to provide the names of those who are sharing with you.
Group Reservation Forms
Group forms are provided for those who need 5 rooms or more. Assignments are based on priority points and order of receipt. (Click here for print reservation form for groups.)
Confirmation
Reservations will be acknowledged by the AADE housing bureau within three business days of receipt.
Changes/Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations to your reservation should be made through the AADE housing bureau via mail, fax, or you may call their toll-free number between the hours of 9:00 am and 8:00 pm EST at (800) 243-1580 (US and Canada) or (404) 584-7458 (International). Cancellations within seven days of arrival will forfeit deposits. Fees charged by the hotels for early departure begin at $50.
Shuttle Buses
Shuttle buses will be provided for all AADE hotels located farther than 4 blocks from the Georgia World Congress Center. Complete shuttle bus schedules will be posted on-site. ADA-accessible vehicles (in accordance with the requirements of Americans with Disabilities Act) will be offered by special request. Please notify AADE in advance of your needs.
