2008 Evaluations and CEU's
The 2008 Annual Meeting Evaluation Process is now closed. To print a Statement of Credit that has already been created, please follow the instructions below.
With just a few steps you will be able to print your Statement of Credit!
Follow these simple instructions:
- Click here and enter your AADE ID number.
- Confirm that the name associated with the information entered matches.
- Click Print Certificate (another window will pop up).
- Click Save and Print Certificate.
