Traveling to the US
The U.S. government requires residents of many countries to obtain a temporary visa before entering the U.S. Recent changes to the visa application process may have increased the length of time required to receive your visa, so it is very important to apply for your visa at least 90 days prior to your departure.

Most international visitors must apply for a visa to enter the U.S. It is imperative to make application well in advance of travel. The U.S. Department of State provides explicit instructions on how to apply for a visa. They also provide online application forms. Letters of Invitation
Download the International Conference/Annual Meeting Letter of Invitation. Type your name in the Greeting line after “Dear” and submit with your Visa Application forms.
