Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the registration fee less an administrative fee of $25 for the Closing Celebration, $50 for a single day registrations and students, or $100 for all other registrations will be granted for all written requests received by July 11, 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations may be sent via fax to 312-424-2427 attn: Meeting Services or meetings@aadenet.org. The American Association of Diabetes Educators reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses. All refunds are processed within 10 business days of written cancellation notice.
