The U.S. government requires residents of many countries to obtain a temporary Visa before entering the U.S. Changes to the application process may have increased the length of time required to receive your Visa, so it is important to apply for your it at least 90 days prior to your departure. Letters of Invitation
Download the Annual Meeting Letter of Invitation. Type your name in the greeting line after "Dear" and submit with your Visa application form.
