Conference support opportunities are available only to exhibiting vendors at the AADE Annual Meeting & Exhibition.
General Conference Support
General conference support allows AADE the ability to best use support funds throughout the meeting. Support can be directed towards various meeting components including the General Session keynote speakers, concurrent breakout sessions, audio/visuals used throughout the educational sessions and staff support.
Attendee Registration Bags
Place your message front and center on the Annual Meeting attendee registration bags. These sturdy, practical totes contain all the important meeting information and are carried by attendees throughout the meeting and beyond.
Attendee Badge Holders
Every meeting attendee will wear your logo. Badge holders are one of the most visible items at the Annual Meeting and are a way to demonstrate your strong partnership with AADE. The design has 5 compartments, can be used in place of a wallet, and has 2 imprint locations for your logo.
Relaxation Station
This conference support opportunity will make your name synonymous with relaxation. While sitting in comfortable ergonomic massage chairs, conference attendees will receive massages of the back, shoulder, arms, neck and hands from a team of certified massage therapists.
Internet Center
This conference support opportunity gives attendees the convenience and added value of being able to access the internet as well as their vital email throughout the meeting. Your logo will be included on signage as well as the Internet Center’s home page. Added amenities can include a required questionnaire to collect data, a special coupon for a booth raffle and more.
Refreshment Breaks
Refreshment break stations afford participants with a quick liquid recharge of coffee, water, lemonade or ice tea for a morning or afternoon break. Signage acknowledging your sponsorship will be placed at each break station.
Box Lunch Service
Indulge your client friends with a box lunch, promoted at concession outlets and box lunch distribution points. Personalize by adding your own box and/or napkins with your company logo and include inserts (not included in price).
Courtesy Shuttle Buses
Whether it is the first thing in the morning or after a long day of meetings, participants will be grateful for your corporate support of Courtesy Buses which will take them from the Convention center to the hotels. Your company’s name will be proudly displayed on each bus, on the transportation schedules given to each participant and in the hotel lobby areas.
