Tools for Effective Research
The AADE7™ Project was undertaken with multiple aims, one of which was to provide tools, publications and products to help with evaluation of diabetes education outcomes.
Members of AADE can enjoy discounts on the AADE7™ Self-Care Behaviors Goal Sheet, Diabetes Educator Performance Form, and CQI: Step-by-step Guide for Quality Improvement in Diabetes Education.
Other publicly available research support includes tools for quality of life assessment, quality evaluation tools and outcomes measurement, among other topics.
While these are not specifically developed for diabetes education, they may offer useful guidance and assistance to your evaluation efforts. Links to a sampling of such tools are provided below.

Offers tools for addressing quality assessment.

An online tool for researchers developed by AcademyHealth, designed to help researchers
communicate and collaborate with peers across disciplines.
