As an added feature, AADE has contracted with an online agency as our official travel
partner. Attendees traveling to the Annual Meeting can receive special negotiated airfare
discounts to San Antonio by booking their flights through the online process.
Why should you book your flight through AADE's travel partner?
- Book airline tickets 24 hours a day. No need to wait for an office to open to
book flights online.
- The agency ALWAYS books the lowest fare available. Airfares are monitored daily from the time
the ticket is issued to the day of departure.
- If fares drop, the ticket is reissued at the lower rate.
- When a flight is cancelled or a schedule change arises, the agent will contact you to make new
arrangements. With other booking engines, this must be dealt with at the airport the day of the
flight.
- Seats will be monitored up to the day of departure to ensure the best requested seat
available.
- In the event of an emergency, a report of all people traveling for AADE on business will be
generated and assistance will be given to get them home safely.
