Print Your Annual Meeting Statement of Credit

• Confirm that the name associated with the information entered matches.
• Click Print Certificate (another window will pop up).
• Click Save and Print Certificate.
• If the official statement of credit does not print, we are missing your License Type, Number, and State. Please email this information to meetings@aadenet.org.
