Grants supporting innovative diabetes care and education services in communities across the U.S.. Most recently we supported programs in California, North Carolina, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Utah and New Hampshire that addressed socioeconomic barriers to care. A mentored post-doctoral fellowship in integrated diabetes management to support emerging leaders in research and diabetes care.
