Acts of kindness can have a big impact on the lives of many...
By making a contribution to the ADCES Foundation, you help raise awareness and financial support for research and scholarships that help ADCES members make a difference in the lives of people with diabetes. Contributions to the ADCES Foundation are tax-deductible.
Your contribution can be designated a Memorial or Commemorative Gift to honor someone at the time of passing, a special occasion, or a “thinking of you” remembrance.

Additionally, there are two special funds that you can donate to:
Donna Tomky Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice Fund
The ADCES Foundation has also established the Donna Tomky Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice. The award will be given in memory of Donna to a Nurse Practitioner who continues to advance the integration of self-management behaviors with clinical management through practice, health plan, or health system innovation. Donate to this fund.
Karen Shultz-Goldstein Lecture Fund
The Karen Shultz-Goldstein Memorial Lecture Fund was set up to honor Karen Shultz-Goldstein, a long-time member of the ADCES Washington Coordinating Body. Karen, who passed away in 2009, was a friend and respected colleague of many diabetes educators throughout Washington. The local Coordinating Body decided to honor her memory and dedication to diabetes education by establishing, with her family, a memorial lecture fund. This fund sponsors a special speaker in Karen Schultz-Goldstein’s honor at our annual ADCES Washington Coordinating Body conference. Donate to this fund.
Contributions can be made by sending a check with a note stating the name of the person being honored or remembered. Include the name and address of the person who should be notified that the contribution was made on their behalf.
Amazon will donate a portion of every purchase to the ADCES Foundation! Click the link above to setup your account.

If you are a federal government employee, you have the opportunity to donate to the ADCES Foundation through your paycheck. The Combined Federal Campaign is the official workplace giving campaign for the federal community, offering federal employees and retirees the opportunity to support the causes they care about by giving to their charity (or charities) of choice. Enrollment in the program is open from mid-September to January. For more information on making a pledge, visit the CFC donation page. The code for the ADCES Foundation is 39093.
