The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists is a multi-disciplinary professional membership organization dedicated to improving diabetes care through education.

With more than 12,000 members including nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, among others, ADCES has a vast network of practitioners involved in the daily treatment of people with diabetes. Collectively, our alliances, member practitioner networks, and academic partners uniquely position ADCES at the locus of change for the future treatment of diabetes.

Compensation and Rewards

  • 401k Plan -- employees are fully vested at 100% from the first day of employment, with ADCES contributing 6% of an employee's salary to employee 401k account.

Open Positions:

Editor and Publications Manager

Will be responsible responsible for serving as the staff editor for structure, language, etc. for accredited certificate programs, educational offerings, and funded projects.

Corporate Relations Manager

Will work regularly and collaboratively with ADCES staff members and external industry partner contacts to successfully implement corporate programs and projects.

Volunteer Services Coordinator

Will provide support to the Association’s volunteer leaders to ensure their success, including use of the Association’s online community network (ADCES Connect).

Executive Assistant

Will provide administrative support for the CEO and ADCES Board of Directors.

Marketing & Communications Manager

Will manage a variety of communications-related functions that enhance the reputation of the Association among its various publics.

Distance Education Manager

Will continuously improve processes and manage the development cycle for ADCES online learning.

    

Diabetes Prevention Program Coordinator

Will coordinate tasks, projects and provide support to the ADCES Diabetes Prevention Network/National Diabetes Prevention program.
