ADCES World diabetes day

The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists is a multi-disciplinary professional membership organization dedicated to improving diabetes care through education.

With more than 12,000 members including nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, among others, ADCES has a vast network of practitioners involved in the daily treatment of people with diabetes. Collectively, our alliances, member practitioner networks, and academic partners uniquely position ADCES at the locus of change for the future treatment of diabetes.

Open Positions

Web and Digital Content Specialist

Will be responsible for supporting day-to-day content maintenance and generation for ADCES’ various web properties: danatech.org and diabeteseducator.org.

DEAP Coordinator

Will provide customer service and coordination for the Diabetes Education Accreditation Program and support the Director of Diabetes Education and Prevention Programs.

Director of Corporate Development

Will lead Association-wide efforts related to the analysis, planning and execution of ADCES’s corporate development goals to maximize revenues while ensuring consistency within the larger scope of ADCES’s strategic plan and direction.

Marketing and Communications Manager

Will manage a variety of communications-related functions that enhance the reputation of the Association among its various publics.

Business Analyst (Association Management System Analyst)

Will be responsible for ensuring that the final deliverables of software development projects meet all the intended needs of the business plan.

Compensation

  • 401k plan -- employees are fully vested at 100% from the first day of employment, with ADCES contributing 6% of an employee's salary to employee 401k account.
