ADCES Diabetes Prevention Program
Since 2012, ADCES has worked alongside the CDC to scale and sustain the National Diabetes Prevention Program. We’ve trained more than 1000 lifestyle coaches, provided advanced training to help lifestyle coaches enhance their skills, and activated close to 70 National Diabetes Prevention Program sites across 22 states. We’ve provided technical assistance, technology, and trainings to departments of health, health systems and hospital associations, pharmacies and federally-qualified health centers, and DSMES.
