Gvoke PFS is a prefilled syringe for very low blood sugar that’s premixed and ready to go. It is room temperature stable and administered with 2 steps. 

Dose Delivery: Gvoke PFS: 0.2 mL for 1mg single-dose pre-filled syringe. The 1 mg dose is for adults and pediatric patients aged 12 and older. Kids younger than 12 who weigh at least 100 pounds may be prescribed the 1 mg dose.

0.1 mL (0.5 mg dose) for pediatric patients aged 2 to under 12 years of age weighing less than 45 kg (100 lbs) and 0.2 mL (1 mg dose) for adults and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older or pediatric patients weighing 45 kg (100 lbs) or greater.
