  • Once in use Levemir® FlexTouch® Pen may be kept at room temperature below 86°F (30°C) for up to 42 days and should not be refrigerated.
  • Not in-use Levemir® may be kept refrigerated at 36o-46oF (2o-8oC) until the expiration date or at room temperature, below 86°F (30°C), for up to 42 days.
  • Levemir® must be discarded 42 days after removal from the refrigerator regardless of whether in-use or not in-use.
  • Keep pen cap on when not in use
  • Protect from excessive heat and sunlight
  • Store pen without an injection needle attached
  • Always use a new needle for each injection
