  • Once in use Novolog® Mix 70/30 FlexPen® may be kept at room temperature below 86°F (30°C) for up to 14 days and should not be refrigerated.
  • Not in-use Novolog® Mix 70/30 FlexPen® may be kept refrigerated at 36o-46oF (2o-8oC) until the expiration date or at room temperature, below 86°F (30°C), for up to 14 days.
  • Novolog® Mix 70/30 FlexPen® must be discarded 14 days after removal from the refrigerator regardless of whether in-use or not in-use.
  • Keep pen cap on when not in use
  • Protect from excessive heat and sunlight
  • Store pen without an injection needle attached
  • Always use a new needle for each injection
