  • Available as a 3mL single-patient-use fixed ratio pen.
  • Once in use Xultophy® 100/3.6 may be kept refrigerated at 36o-46oF (2o-8oC) or at room temperature below 86°F (30°C) for up to 21 days.
  • Once in use Xultophy® 100/3.6 must be discarded after 21 days, regardless of whether kept refrigerated at 36o-46oF (2o-8oC) or at room temperature below 86°F (30°C).
  • Not in-use Xultophy® 100/3.6 may be kept refrigerated at 36o-46oF (2o-8oC) until the expiration date.
  • Keep pen cap on when not in use.
  • Protect from excessive heat and sunlight.
  • Store pen without an injection needle attached.
  • Always use a new needle for each injection.
