For people with diabetes, grocery shopping can be downright overwhelming. But AADE has a new, free resource that can help them make it to the checkout.
The tip sheet “Conquering the Grocery Store” includes advice from AADE member Melissa Joy Dobbins, MS, RDN, CDE, on strategies for creating a healthier shopping list, what information to look for on food labels and ways to think outside the “box.” Anyone can use it to better grocery shop, especially those who have diabetes. The tip sheet is free to download and print, and can be given to your clients or medical practices you are working with so they can share it with patients.

The amount of spam coming through is not in excess, and we normally expect spam to occur in ebbs and flows in any online community.
