DEAP Program Awarded for Spanish-language Brochure

FDA Clears the Way for CGM-based Treatment Decisions

On July 21, an FDA panel voted in favor of removing the requirement that CGM users must also use a blood glucose monitoring result in addition to a CGM result when making dosing decisions off the CGM label. Next the issue goes to the full FDA for a final ruling.

Meet Jenny Drenkard: AADE/CWD Fellow

AADE partnered with Children With Diabetes (CWD) this year to create the AADE/CWD Fellows Program. The program brings diabetes educators to the Friends For Life (FFL) conference to help them experience type 1 diabetes in the real world, and learn from faculty about caring for people affected by type 1 diabetes.
