New ICD-10 Codes for Diabetes Self-Management Training
October 1, 2015 marked the switch from ICD-9 codes to ICD-10 codes. The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes are used by physicians and medical coders to assign medical diagnoses and report inpatient procedures.
