Provide CE Credit for Your Educational Activities Through AADE

Nov 20, 2019

Did you know that AADE can help accredit continuing education activities for nursing contact hours and continuing professional education for pharmacists? AADE provides consulting services to external health care organizations seeking accreditation for continuing education (CE) opportunities provided to nurses and pharmacists.

Applying for CE credit can be time-consuming, costly, and the process can vary depending on the type of CE activity. When you partner with AADE, we provide a clear, step-by-step process, resource documents, and direct access to an experienced accreditation specialist to answer any questions along the way.

AADE tailors the approach to helping your organization achieve nursing CE accreditation through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and pharmacist CPE through the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education for individual CE activities.  For example, applicants can reference detailed guides to help draft comprehensive writing objectives and identify learning outcomes. Additionally, there is no minimum or maximum CE hours, so all lengths of activities are welcome. AADE is dedicated to helping create the best possible application to achieve approval on the first try.

After walking you through the process, and providing you with the necessary accreditation documentation, your activity will be carefully reviewed by our CE accreditation team and clinical peer reviewers. This team of experts will provide the feedback needed to meet ANCC and ACPE criteria along with recommendations to enhance your activity. Once the documentation meets the ANCC and ACPE standards, you will receive a CE accreditation toolkit to proudly communicate the CE accreditation for your activity. From start to finish, this process can be successfully completed in as little as 45 business days.

While we cannot accept activities that are designed by industry, we can accept applications from non-profit organizations or individuals that are receiving commercial support for their continuing education activity.
