The 2018 State Coordinating Body Training Program will help prepare you for your role as an AADE volunteer leader and create the momentum and excitement to take you through the rest of the year!  Throughout the day and a half program in Chicago (Friday, January 12 - Saturday, January 13), you will also have dedicated time to network with other CB leaders and share your group’s ideas.

We suggest that the incoming CB Chair attend the training program to begin his/her role in 2018, but if she or he cannot attend, another leader from the CB may come instead.

This year’s program will feature a keynote address “The Art of Delegation and Inspiration” presented by Marcie Stern, as well as these sessions on:

• Where to Start: Creating an Annual Plan
• Skills to Build Your Volunteer Team
• Resources to Support Your Role
• National and Your Group
