You are invited to attend the 2019 AADE Leadership Program to be held in Chicago on January 11-12 at the Gwen Hotel.

The AADE Leadership Program is the opportunity for new CB and COI leaders to learn about AADE’s goals and initiatives as well to become more prepared with the “nuts and bolts” of their roles as MY AADE NETWORK leaders.

This is the time to think about the future leadership of your CB and how you can use this program to develop new leaders for your team.

We encourage each CB team to select a representative to attend this program who is:

• A newly elected CB Chair who has never attended this annual program

or

• A member of CB Team who has never attended this annual program

 or

• An LNG member interested in becoming a CB team leader

AADE will pay for one shared room for a 2-night hotel stay, program registration, and meals at the program for one CB to attend. Each CB should plan on financially supporting the CB representative with their travel expenses including air/ground travel and meals that are not provided during the event. We invite each COI to send their 2019 COI Chair to attend this program. AADE will pay for one shared room for a 2-night hotel stay, program registration, and provide each COI with a $500 reimbursement to cover travel expenses.

Please plan on arriving on Thursday, January 10 since the event will begin early morning on Friday, January 11. The event will end around 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 12 so please make your return travel arrangements no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on Saturday so you will have the opportunity to participate in the entire Leadership Program.
