Welcome to ADCES Connect

May 12, 2020

In April, ADCES launched the all new online community, ADCES Connect. The new website is the latest update to the long-standing MY AADE NETWORK and remains to be the premier link to state, local and special interest resources for our members and our volunteer leaders.

ADCES Connect provides a whole new look and feel for subscribers, with easier navigation and better search function to find what you need quickly, and the site has a more modern layout attuned to ADCES’ new brand, but the update to this online community isn’t just a face lift to the old MY AADE NETWORK website, ADCES Connect has been built on a completely new, more modern platform to provide you with the best tools available. Managing your community, moderating your subscribers and navigating the back end for updating your CB and COI pages will now be easier to find, edit and publish right away, so that you can keep your subscribers up to date.

Some of the modern amenities ADCES Connect offers include a new layout requiring less clicks to get to what is important for them, an all-new profile area making it easier to connect and contact peers, an easy-to-use cross-posting functionality that gives users the ability to post in multiple communities relevant to their discussion and broaden the conversation, the ability to tag another member in a conversation by using the @ and their name to alert them to weigh in on a conversation, an updated email functionality that allows easy replies to the entire community or directly to the original poster for a more private conversation, and for our volunteer leaders, an all-new administrative toolkit that allows easier functionality to moderate and update their communities and subscribers.

The home page has been re-imagined to provide members a customized experience that acts as a one-stop shop to deliver them the information that they need right away. When logged in, the latest discussions, blog articles and files for the communities that they are subscribed to, will now be featured on their home page so that they can quickly access what is most relevant to them.

Our number one goal when building ADCES Connect was to make sure there was no loss of the vital information and content that is housed on MY AADE NETWORK. All your community subscriptions, content, files, past discussions and posts will be carried over so that when you log in, your information will be there.

Be on the lookout for future training webinars and how to videos aimed at helping you best utilize these new tool sets and functionalities. In the meantime, be sure to read through the FAQ page by clicking the button under “Help Center” on the homepage.

I am excited to be able to bring you this new home online, and I hope you’ll be excited to use it. Log on to www.ADCESconnect.org today, update your profile, add your picture, and jump right back in where you left off on MY AADE NETWORK.
