Deadline Exetended: Request a presentation from the DCES of the Year!

Thanks to a generous travel grant from, Sanofi Pharmaceutical Company, ADCES' Diabetes Care and Education Specialist of the Year will be presenting at Regional Programs in 2021.

Please use this form to request a visit by the 2021 Diabetes Care and Education Specialist of the Year (DCESOTY), Josh Neumiller.

Josh Neumiller is Vice-Chair and the Allen I. White Distinguished Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacotherapy at Washington State University (WSU). Dr. Neumiller is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), a Fellow of the Association for Diabetes Care and Education Specialists, a Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, and a member of the WSU Geriatrics Team. Josh is a contributing author for the ADA books Medications for the Treatment of Diabetes and Practical Insulin. Josh is past Editor-in-Chief for the ADA journal Diabetes Spectrum, and he recently served as Chairman of the ADA's Professional Practice Committee whose primary responsibility is revising the ADA Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes each year.

Josh's research interests involve the management of diabetes and its complications and prevention of adverse drug events during transitions in care.
