The AADE Prevention Network

AADE can help you become a Diabetes Prevention Program Supplier

Since 2012, AADE has been working with programs to add prevention to their list of services. With Medicare reimbursement starting in 2018, the number of opportunities will only grow, but only if you do it right. AADE can help your program build a diabetes prevention infrastructure, successfully apply for Medicare reimbursement and sustain that success.

Why Should I Join the Network?

  • AADE Diabetes Prevention Programs (DPP) is one of the largest and most successful in-person DPP delivery networks in the US.
  • Our five years of experience in DPP has allowed us to build tools to assist programs in achieving success.
  • We offer a superior track record for meeting Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Diabetes Prevention Recognized Program (DPRP) outcomes and CDC Full Recognition.
  • We will make the DPRP and reimbursement process efficient and effective.

Our DPP program would not be as successful as it is without the support of AADE. They have helped us build a strong infrastructure from the very beginning of our program. Developing a Diabetes Prevention Program takes a lot more skills than used in the typical scope of practice of diabetes education. AADE has helped us rise to that challenge and has broadened our vision as to what we are able to accomplish in this most important endeavor of preventing diabetes.
