The ADCES Diabetes Care and Education Curriculum prepares you with an implementation guide and 8 instructional modules based on the ADCES7 Self-Care Behaviors.  The curriculum implementation guide includes standards for outcomes measurement of diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES).

Each instructional module includes learning objectives, behavioral objectives, instructional content, and outcome measures for each behavior, as well as advanced detail for those participants who want more information or have more complex self-care needs.
