Description
This session will review plant-based eating patterns including the Mediterranean, DASH, Nordic, and vegetarian and vegan meal plans. Presenters will compare various studies on these eating patterns and outline the mechanisms of action that improve cardiometabolic outcomes.

ADCES Webinars are designed for

care providers interested in staying up to date on current practices of care
for people with diabetes and other related conditions.
