Description

Diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) is identified as one of the essential elements of comprehensive diabetes management and is recommended at four critical times: (1) at diagnosis, (2) annually and/or when not meeting treatment targets, (3) when complicating factors develop, and (4) when transitions in life and care occur.1

Join our program to learn more about the glycemic benefits of incorporating a Dexcom CGM System during these key times for people with diabetes. Review the evidence of adding RT-CGM early at diabetes diagnosis and when not meeting treatment targets from therapeutic inertia.2, 3

Gain a better understanding of the features of the Dexcom G6 CGM system and learn simple solutions to overcome treatment barriers and reduce therapeutic inertia.3 In addition, you can walk away informed of the value of incorporating RT-CGM with the ADCES7 selfcare behaviors, and during the four critical timepoints.
