E-books cannot be returned or refunded if the redemption code is accessed.
You will receive the redemption code and instructions for your e-book within 24 hours after your purchase. To purchase a hard copy book, click print format.
You will redeem your e-book through VitalSource, ADCES’s e-book vendor. Your e-book is available in two ways:
1. On your computer hard drive or mobile device: (e.g., personal computer, laptop, tablet, e-reader, smartphone): Be sure to download the e-book to your computer and/or device so you have a permanent copy. You are allowed to have up to two (2) mobile devices (e.g., iOS, Android, Kindle Fire) and two (2) computers (Windows, Mac) registered at any given time to your account.
You will need to install the Bookshelf app on your computer or mobile device to access your e-book. Instructions for downloading the VitalSource Bookshelf app will be provided when you receive your e-book redemption code.
You cannot download
the e-book to a shared network drive.
2. Remote Access: View online via the VitalSource website. You may view your e-book on the VitalSource website for 365 days following the date of activation.
When you purchase the e-book, you will receive email confirmation of purchase.
Note: E-books cannot be downloaded to shared network drives.
