Leadership & Association Governance

We are led by guiding principles and strong leadership from our Board of Directors and staff leaders.

Governance

Association Governance and Leadership

Our Decisions Are Based on Strong Guiding Principles

A well-governed association is an effective one. With a diverse member-elected Board of Directors working alongside staff leadership, ADCES® has just the right mix of leaders to fulfill our strategic plan goals.

Their combined experience and expertise widen our pool of resources to extend our services wherever they’re needed. To learn about our guiding principles and member-related business, read our bylaws, meeting minutes and board values.

Member Business

ADCES's bylaws provide transparency into the guiding principles and rules that define the governing structure of our association and serve as a framework for how we govern. Every year, we hold an Annual Business Meeting where all members are invited. The 2023 meeting will be held on December 12th at 10:00am Central Time. Information on how to participate will be sent via email.
