16th Annual California Conference: Expanding the Universe of Diabetes Care
May 3-4, 2024

Universal City, CA

Activity description: This conference will provide our attendees with a comprehensive educational program with opportunities to interact with diabetes experts. Invited guest speakers will share new clinical and research information to empower our attendees with an enriched knowledge base and new tools for patient care. Healthcare professionals who attend this meeting will be able to design an effective diabetes education plan for their patients based upon the patient’s individual health and education needs. Our goal is to provide evidence-based information to improve knowledge and skill in areas where diabetes care is transforming. These engaging sessions features include live question and answer sessions and provide networking opportunities for attendees to learn best practices from each other.

Target audience: This activity is designed for individuals or groups of diabetes care and education specialists including Nurses, Dietitians, Social Workers, and other health care providers interested in staying up to date on current practices of care for people with diabetes and other related conditions.

Requirements for successful completion: For successful completion, participants are required to attend the full activity, and complete and submit the program evaluation at the conclusion of the educational event. Your Statement of Credit will be issued upon submission of the evaluation form. Pharmacists must provide their date of birth (MMDD) and NABP ePID to receive credit. Pharmacist learners who fail to provide this information will not receive credit for this activity.
