Description
Once you've secured participants for your Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), you may find yourself wondering, "How do I keep them coming back?" Retention is vital to sustaining your approved DPP program. Participant retention also has implications for improving clinical outcomes as well as boosting the provider's professional and personal satisfaction. This webinar will explore how to develop viable relationships with participants using emerging technologies, shared values, and innovative strategies. There will also be focus on improving team communication to better support the DPP programs to increase retention. .
