  • The MiniMed 770G system with SmartGuard Auto Mode automatically adjusts basal insulin delivery every 5 minutes. By constantly adapting to real-time glucose needs and targeting a sensor glucose of 120 mg/dL, SmartGuard technology* can help optimize patients’ time in range (70-180 mg/dL).
  • When used with the Guardian Sensor 3 in Manual Mode, the MiniMed 770G system enables different levels of automation. Specifically, the SmartGuard SUSPEND BEFORE LOW feature can help reduce hypoglycemic excursions by stopping insulin delivery up to 30 minutes before reaching the preset low sensor glucose limit.
  • The MiniMed 770G system works with the AccuChek Guide Link glucometer. Remote bolus is not available.
  • Carelink Connect Care Partner app available for those using MiniMed Mobile app. See Medtronic website to check compatibility. Full hybrid closed loop Auto Mode features available without smartphone.
